Fines and Fees Payment Processor
San Mateo Superior Court has authorized Superior Court Collection Unit (SCCU) based in Ventura, California to process payments on court-ordered fines and fees. Fines and fees ordered on supervised probation, court probation, diversion, and non-probation cases are payable to SCCU (see below).
- Victim restitution ordered on court probation, diversion, and non-probation cases are payable to the Court (see below)
- Victim restitution ordered on supervised probation cases are payable to the San Mateo County Probation Department.

Please call (805) 477-1084 Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 p.m., and have credit card information and the case number available. - Check/Money Order
Payments by check or money order should be mailed to the following address:
SCCU - Room 205Checks should be made payable to: San Mateo Superior Court. The case number and your phone number should be clearly written on the check or money order.

HOW TO PAY VICTIM RESTITUTION - COURT PROBATION, DIVERSION, NO PROBATION
Victim restitution is payable to the San Mateo County Superior Court Finance Division.
Payment Options:
- To pay by credit card, go to the secure payment portal at www.sanmateocourt.org/portal
- To pay by check or money order, make check/money order payable to San Mateo Superior Court, include your phone number and case number for proper crediting, and mail to:
