Hearing Schedules / Court Appearances

Effective October 31, 2011, all appearances in traffic court must be scheduled in advance. Same day walk-ins will no longer be available. Requests to reserve a court date may be made on-line through the court's website, in person at the traffic clerk's office at the court branch listed on your citation/court notice, or by a court clerk over the phone. Reserve early as space is limited.

Please note that court trial dates with the officer present cannot be reserved through the court's website or over the phone. If you wish to plead not guilty and request a court trial with the officer present to contest your citation without initially appearing in court to make that request, please refer to the Options on How to Take Care of your Traffic Citation/Ticket section of our website for more information.

The Traffic Divisions are open 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Fridays. Hearing schedules are as indicated in the table below (holidays excepted).

You must appear at the Branch of the Court that is written on your ticket. Your case must be heard in the appropriate jurisdiction.
