|Facilitative initially. First try to guide counsel and the parties toward reaching a mutually satisfactory result. If unsuccessful I become more directive with a frank private analysis of their respective legal positions, and when, applicable and appropriate, an experience-based evaluation of a potential jury response to the dispute. I leave no stone unturned in seeking a mutually acceptable resolution of the dispute.|

|Nothing is more satisfying than assisting parties and their counsel in reaching a mutually acceptable resolution of a dispute wich avoids the expense, aggravation, and uncertainty of protracted litigation. It is my aim and goal to resolve disputes as expeditiously and inexpensively as possible. I believe that thorough case preparation, an open-minded flexibility, and a sensitivity to the desires of the parties maximize the ability to resolve a dispute seccessfuly. I strive to act accordingly.|
