Effective April 5, 2010, Civil Orders of Examination (OEX) and Claims of Exemptions matters will no longer be heard on the Presiding Judge's Law and Motion Calendar. Instead these matters will be heard in Dept. 31 on Mondays and Fridays at 9:00 a.m. and on Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m.
