"Walk-in" arraignments are
heard in each branch of this court. This means that you can, without previously
posting the amount due and having a date for appearance scheduled, appear in court.
There are some restrictions however:
You must be at the
traffic division and in line as indicated on the table below to appear in
Court. The line is monitored and if you arrive late you will not be permitted
to appear in court that day.
You must appear at
the Branch of the Court that is written on your ticket.
Be in the
traffic line before 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
Be in the
traffic line before 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday.
Be in the
traffic line before 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday
Be in the
traffic line before1:30 p.m. on Mondays
Be in the
Traffic line before 1:30 p.m. on Tuesdays
Be in the
traffic line before 1:30 p.m. on Wednesdays
The Traffic Divisions
in the Central Branch in San Mateo, Southern Branch in Redwood City and Northern
Branch in So. San Francisco are open at 7:30 a.m. and have walk-in arraignments
as indicated in the table above (holidays excepted).
