The San Mateo Superior Court's Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR) program was recently spotlighted in the newsmagazine, the California Courts Review. The magazine is a publication of the Administrative Office of the Court and it highlights successful programs and best practices. The court's ADR division is recognized worldwide for its innovative programming; representatives from throughout the United States, as well as from Qatar, Turkey, India, Russia and other nations, have visited San Mateo Superior Court to learn about the program in order to replicate it in their courts.
