Obtaining Court Reporter Transcripts

If you would like to obtain a transcript, the following information is necessary in order to process your request:

• Case number
• Case name
• Hearing date for which you would like the transcript
• Your contact information so the Court Reporter may contact you with the price of the transcript and turn-around time.

After the initial request is forwarded, please allow 10 business days for the Court Reporter to contact you. If you have not received a timely response, please contact the Court Reporter Coordinator at 1-650-363-4897. We will make every effort to encourage a timely response to all transcript requests.
