Welcome to the Juvenile Delinquency Mediation section of the San Mateo County Superior Court web site.

Juvenile Delinquency Mediation gives the victim(s) of a crime and the person(s) who committed the crime a chance to meet face to face and talk about how the crime affected each of their lives.

More and more people are using juvenile delinquency mediation because of the opportunities it gives the victim, offender and community to be involved in the process of restoring justice.
