Your claim must be filed in the appropriate Venue. Be sure you know where to file your claim. Please note: If the proper venue for your small claims action is within San Mateo County, your filing must be submitted to the consolidated small claims clerk's office located in Room A of the Hall of Justice at 400 County Center, Redwood City, CA 94063. Small Claims hearings will be conducted in one of three branch locations below based on the appropriate venue.
