The Small Claims Advisor provides resources and answers to specific questions which the participant is unable to find through other sources. You may wish to consult this website and the information recorded on the Small Claims telephone system (650) 363-4303 before speaking with the Small Claims Advisor. Consulting any of these sources may answer all of your questions.
| Dates: | 1st Wednesday evening of each month from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Thursdays of subsequent weeks (excluding the 1st Thursday) from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The signup sheet for the small claims advisor is available for registration one hour prior to start time and is located at the security station in the lobby of the facility. Limited to first 12 people to arrive. |
