I use a host of techniques. I primarily use a facilitative methodology. I teach negotiation and dispute resolution at Santa Clara Law School and make sure to use different techniches depending upon the circumstances. |

I have extensive practical and theoretical experience in the area of Dispute Resolution. I keep up with, and teach, law in this area. I litigated for 20 years and have spent the last 6 years focusing on resolving dispute. I have been involved in many madiations and arbitrations dealing with diverse issues and parties, including a wide variety of corporations, employers and employees, developers, real estate contracts, contractors, primary and excess insurance carriers, financial institutions, and other diverse parties. I have extensive ADR experience and success in resolving issues. |
