Philip Fagone is a mediator, arbitrator, and construction attorney. Mr. Fagone has mediated more than 160 disputes involving complex construction matters, business contracts, and real estate disputes. His law practice focuses on contract negotiations, developing claims avoidance programs, and the resolution of construction disputes. Mr. Fagone's clients include commercial contractors, developers, and design professionals.
