Eileen Barker is a full-time mediator based in San Rafael. Over the past fifteen years, Ms. Barker has mediated hundreds of cases in a wide range of subject matters including business/commercial, employment, workplace, trade secrets, real estate, partnership, personal injury, and family/divorce. She has also served as an arbitrator, discovery referee and neutral evaluator in numerous matters. Prior to starting her mediation practice, Ms. Barker practiced litigation for many years including with the U.S. Department of Justice, and the law firms of Orrick, Herringotn & Sutcliffe and Bianchi, Engel, Keegin & Talkington. In addition to her private practice, Ms. Barker teaches courses on mediation and negotiation including at Boalt Hall School of Law and UC Hasting School of Law.
