| Mediation Approach: |
I use a combination of facilitative and directive approaches, depending on the sophistication of the parties and the nature of the case. My goal is to provide an atmosphere of respect and professioonalism, and to finding creative solutions to settlement. |
| Arbitration Approach: |
For nonbinding arbitration my approach is largely informal per the rules of the court; for binding arbitration I use a more formal approach. I am amenable to allowing the parties set the tone so long as it is productive. |
| Neutral Approach: |
I prefer to let the parties set the tone so long as it is productive. |
| Other Information: |
I believe it is my role to serve the parties and the court, so as long as a fair process can be utilized to resolve the matter, I am willing to be flexible in order to achieve the ultimate goal of resolution. |
