| Mediation Approach: |
Generally my approach is facilitative to start but can transition into evaluative as the needs of the session and the parties dictate. The approach used must be tailored to the needs of each mediation, the parties and their respective counsel. |
| Arbitration Approach: |
I believe that arbitrations are essentially trials, and the parties are entitled to their day in court. My sessions are more relaxed, but I decide cases on the law and the evidence and not as compromises. |
