Nicholas Pastore is an experienced private mediator, having mediated over 200 cases to date in a variety of subject matter areas, including real estate, construction defect, contract diputes, landlord tenant disputes, business matters, personal injury, civil matters, products liability and insurance defense. Mr. Pastore brings to mediation over 25 years of extensive litigation experience, having been a partner in the Campbell, Warburton, Fitzsimmons, Smith, Mendell & Pastore law firm for over 20 years and President/Secretary for almost 10 years. Mr. Pastore generally takes a facilitative approach to ensure that the parties are heard and their interests are brought to the table. He also works with cousel to assess the strengths and weaknesses of their case in order to consider the benefits of settlement against the risks and costs of going to trial. Mr. Pastore offers a large conference room and can accomodate large groups. |
