| Other Information: |
For the past 19 years my law practice has focused on trust and estate litigation and contested conservatorhips and guardianships. For the last 7 years, my practice has also included mediation of those disputes. I am on the mediation panels of the San Franciso County Probate Court, Alameda County Probate Court and the Court of Appeal First District and have conducted more than 60 mediations. Prior to attending law school, I worked as a psychotherapist and believe that training and experience contributes greatly to my ability to address the emotional issues that frequently drive trust and estate litigation. |
