From 1977 to the present Al has litigated matters in the following areas: Products Liability, Professional Malpractice, Construction/Industrial Accidents, Premises Liability, Business Litigation, Wrongful Termination, Public Entity Defense, Landlord-Tenat, Civil Rights, Personal Injury, Products Liability Litigation and Insurance and Coverage Disputes.
Al has experience mediating settlements as an advocate and a mediator in all of the Bay Area Counties and the US District Court for the Northern District of California. He has participated as a panelist in the Bar Association of San Francisco Early Settlement Program, EEOC Mediation Program, BASF Mediation Program and San Mateo County Superior Court Arbitration Program. His experience in litigation has prepared him for all types of mediation. He has mediated cases in the areas of employment, management, real estate, neighbor disputes, boundary disputes, landlord/tenant, commercial, business, personal injury and insurance. He taught a course in effective communication as part of an EEOC Mediation Training Course.
