Private neutral with ADR Services, Inc. in San Francisco since October 2005. 1979-2005 - San Francisco Municipal Court (11 years) and Superior Court (15years) Judge with extensive civil trial, civil settlement, and civil law and motion experience. Served for five years as the Conservation Court Judge evaluating claims brought against Golden Eagle Insurance, an insolvent Southern California Insurer. Also, conducted lenghty jury trials in construction defect and insurance coverage cases. 1977-1979- San Francisco County Assistant District Attorney assigned to Consumer Fraud Division. 1974-1977 - California Rural Legal Assistance - Director of Legislative Office-primary focus on consumer, insurance, lending practice, and employment legislation. 1970-1973- San Franciso Neighborghood Legal Assistance - Staff Attorney.
