I mediate many cases involving clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, and I mediate in Spanish as well as English.

Worked three years as a case manager at the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center (PCRC). Under contract to PCRC, I co-developed and administered San Mateo County\'s original Victim/Offender Mediation Program (V/OMP). Assist with numerous trainings of mediators and provide advanced mediation training, besides giving workshops and seminars. I am a mediator for the U. S. Postal Service\'s REDRESS program (EEO), and affiliate consultant with Compass Point, and on several mediation rosters.
