I worked three years as a case manager at the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center (PCRC). Under contract to PCRC, I co-developed and administered San Mateo County's original Victim/Offender Mediation Program (V/OMP).
I assist with numerous trainings of mediators and provide advanced mediation training, besides giving workshops and seminars.
I am a mediator for the U. S. Postal Service's REDRESS program (EEO), and affiliate consultant with Compass Point, and on several mediation rosters.
