I use my background and experience, to assist the parties in realizing the value of mediated solution. I begin with a facilitative approach and will provide an evaluation only after I am familiar with the case and, if I believe it would be helpful. |

Arbitration is an abreviated court trial where the parties receive \"their day in court\" and obtain a decision from a neutral third party. I provide a considered decision based on the law and the facts presented promptly after the conslucion of the hearing and try to make the process fair, efficient and cost effective. |
