A founding memeber of JAMS and full-time panelist since 1993, Judge Westerfield is widely percieved as an excellent mediator and has an extremely high settlement rate. She has extensive mediation experience in a large variety of cases including accounting, finance, banking, business/commercial, class action/mass tort, entertainment, estates/probate/trusts, franchise, insurance, personal injury, professional liability, real property, and securites.
