George Wailes has been resolving disputes since 1990 when he began conducting settlement conferences as a pro tem judge for San Francisco and San Mateo County Superior Courts. He began mediating cases when attorneys at unsuccessful setlement conferences requested he assist them as a mediator. His successful mediations led him to attend over 150 hours of training, including the Pepperdine University premier mediation program. He continues to serve as a pro tem judge and arbitrator for San Mateo and San Francisco Superior Courts. He has conducted over 20 mediations, 150 settlement conferences, and 75 arbitrations with excellent results. |
