| Arbitration Approach: |
My practice presently is 60% mediation, 40% arbitration (both binding and non-binding). In arbitration, I request and review briefs and exhibits and conduct the hearing much like a trial with direct cross exam and rules of evidence. I allow for closing arguments and rebuttal. |

In additon to my above experience, I attended the Harvard Law School Mediation Workshop in 1999. To date, I have mediated over 3,000 cases in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including personal injury cases involving brain damage, loss of limbs, paraplegia, quadriplegia and other permanent, residual injuries. My mediation practice also includes business, real estate, employment, and construction disputes. This wide experience makes me particularly well suited to serve as an arbitrator. |
