I have been representing business clients, with an emphasis on the creditor?s rights, since 1985. I have also represented plaintiffs in legal malpractice actions, conservators and petitioners in probate proceedings. I have accepted assignments from the San Mateo Superior Court to be a judge pro tem in both Small Claims and Small Claims Appeals. I am a former member of the Commercial Law League of America and the California Trial Lawyers. I hold a commercial pilots license, instrument rating and flight instructor certificate for single engine aircraft as well as an airplane and powerplant mechanic certificate. |
